Have you got a telephone voice fault? If your provider says the line test is OK then the fault could be internal! speak to H2K Services before BT Openreach attends your property.
Don't IGNORE the fact that your internal wiring or equipment may be causing the fault. Thinking "its been
working fine for" Time and heat/cold takes its toll on the wiring insulation and it can degrade, causing wires to touch!! and your equipment is sensitive to power surges. Have you had any power cuts or lightening storms recently?
